THING 1: Maybe it edited out the knowledge that it can edit us.

THING 2: It can't edit our uploads because they are low-energy mortal data and NoA is a high-energy digital system. Like trying to edit fog with a knife.

THING 1: I still don't get why you're okay with the biobeds. It seems like bad Buddhism to accept eternal reincarnation into a cycle of pointless suffering.

THING 2: My suffering was already eternal and pointless because I have a twin.
